1) Question

• Q: Are your Filter Cartridges compatible with my Housing?   
• A: Most likely, yes.  Our Tropical Rain Filter Cartridges measure 2.40in in diameter and 2.68in tall.  Look up your brand's webpage as it will show these dimensions.  Likely, they are the same and you may safely use our replacement cartridges.  Common brands that use the same cartridge sizes are AquaBliss, AquaHome, AquaBlast.   If you're in doubt, no worries, we'll accept your return within 30 days if it does not fit or work out.  So, there's no risk to you.

2) Question

• Q: What are the 15 stages in the Cali Tropical Rain filter cartridge
• A: The 15 stages include the following: 4 stages of High density stainless steel mesh to filter and capture large particulate, 2 layers of polypropylene cotton which further filter out fine particulate, Coconut Activated Carbon, KDF 55, Calcium Sulfite Balls, and Vitamin C which all work in conjunction to strip out chlorine from the water.  In addition, Alkaline Balls are added to improve the ph of the water conditioning process, enabling these purification methods to be more efficient. The other 4 stages include maifan stones, ceramic, magnetic, and germanium balls to pull out heavy metals and other micro contaminants and various forms of bacteria.
